Recently for a client we observed that just by responding immediately to a lead and by following up on the dot, the lead to sales conversion rates increased by 6 percentage points.

Interestingly, our objective was to improve client experience not to increase sales. We found out from listening to customers that they valued fast response and timely follow ups.

Simple enough to execute if it makes customers happy.
